Veggie Packed Pasta

Ingredients:

1 Box pasta of choice

Spinach and/or kale (at your discretion)

1/2 C Cannellini beans

1 T Pesto (or other preferred spices)


Of note - you might want to adjust the ratios from what I have. This recipe is meant to use up what you have leftover in the fridge...which can change the flavor profile. This image shows a blend of tomatoes, spinach, and carrots.


  1. Make the box of pasta and drain.

  2. Blend veggies into a puree. Taste test to make sure that you like the combination of flavors.

  3. Place a sauce pan over low heat. Add sauce to this pot. Then add pasta. Enjoy!
