Let's get to know each other
I'm a reading enthusiast, lover of musicals, and a self-identified “lazy chef,” meaning if it takes a lot of time and makes a lot of dishes I’m not about it.
I like to sing really loud while driving, I laugh a LOT at bad puns (What do you call a T-Rex who runs a marathon? Dino-SORE), and I can name every single president of the United States in order.
And yes, I know I’m a nerd.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Media Production from the State University of New Paltz.
I for sure thought I was going to make commercials for a living.
However, my time at New Paltz brought me to dietetics and led me back to school.
I also have a Bachelor of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Nutrition Management. I completed my Dietetic Internship through the University at Buffalo. Not to mention a Masters of Nutrition from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
And I’m continuously pursing more education opportunities. You might say that I really like school. I actually like to joke that I’m taking an educational tour of New York state.
