Hi, I'm Jen
I provide clinical supervision for guidance and support for those working with eating disorders.
I have a passion for providing a safe space for clinicians to discuss their cases and practice their skills.
I recognize that working in this field can be emotionally, mentally, and physically draining.
My goal is to provide a supportive environment where I can help my clients reach their full potential. I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, quality care, and I strive to help my clients achieve that.
It's okay to ask for support and guidance
Working in this field can be challenging and it's okay to reach out when you need further support and guidance.
Topics of conversation include:
Guidance on stuck points and questions with your clinical cases
Working through difficult team dynamics
Development of areas where you feel you are lacking
Developing your media presence
The intersection of eating disorders and other areas of practice.

The beauty of clinical supervision it’s flexible to your life. The frequency and content are totally up to you! We can meet as often or as little as needed to make sure you get the support you need.
How it works
Hi, I'm Jen
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a total foodie at heart. When I'm not helping clients mend their relationship with food, I'm probably whipping up something delicious in the kitchen (bonus points if it's easy and quick!).
We practice through a Health At Every Size (HAES) model and strive to create a safe and inclusive space for clients, regardless of their background or identity.
Our goal at RDN Jen is to help you ditch the food guilt and embrace a healthier relationship with food, movement, and your body.
So whether you're looking for nutrition education or just need someone to help you navigate the confusing world of diets and nutrition, my team is here to help.
AS FEATURED ON
Jen has been a very consistent part of my recovery and life when everything else felt unstable. She is very good at addressing fears and feelings about food, and setting food goals around these feelings. She is also super compassionate around eating disorder struggles and behaviors without allowing room for the eating disorder to take advantage of you, and even though she insists she’s not a therapist, I feel as supported and comfortable talking about anything with her as I would if she was my primary therapist 😊
