Recovery from an eating disorder is possible
I believe that a healthy relationship with food, your body, and yourself is possible for everyone.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I specialize in helping people like you repair your relationship with food and body, so you can rediscover the joy of eating without guilt or shame.
I embrace the Health-At-Every-Size (HAES) approach, which means that I focus on health-promoting behaviors rather than weight loss.
I know that true health comes from a balanced and sustainable approach to nutrition and lifestyle, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Unlearning diet culture rules is worth it
We know that incorporating a variety of foods into your diet can help reduce anxiety and increase feelings of satisfaction and well-being.

Nutrition counseling provides a safe and supportive space to explore, understand, and shift the relationship you have with food and your body.
With my approach to nutrition being weight-inclusive and non-judgmental, you can explore and be nourished in a holistic and sustainable way.
