Sheet Pan Pancake Bars

Ingredients:

Kodiak Cake Flapjack & Waffle mix of choice (can also use another pancake mix of choice)

Raspberries, frozen

Chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Place parchment paper on sheet pan.

  3. Add desired amount of raspberries and chocolate chips (or other fruit!) to sheet pan.

  4. Mix pancake mix per box for desired serving.

  5. Pour over ingredients, spread over sheet pan until you have 1/4" of mixture.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until at desired consistency, use a fork to test for undercooked spots.

  7. Cut into squares.
