How we can help
Hi, I'm Jen
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a total foodie at heart. When I'm not helping clients mend their relationship with food, I'm probably whipping up something delicious in the kitchen (bonus points if it's easy and quick!).
I practice through a Health At Every Size (HAES) model and strive to create a safe and inclusive space for clients, regardless of their background or identity.
My goal is to help you ditch the food guilt and embrace a healthier relationship with food, movement, and your body.
So whether you're looking for nutrition education or just need someone to help you navigate the confusing world of diets and nutrition, I'm here to help.
