Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 Feta
- Green & Black Olives per preference
- 1/4 C Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1 TBS Pesto
Directions:
- Turn burner on medium. Slowly cook eggs.
- When the eggs begin to firm add the feta, tomatoes, pesto, and olives.
- Fold the omelet in half and flip.
- Cook the omelet to desired firmness.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
